Loogmoji® is a custom digital illustration service that transforms individuals, teams, and brands into unique Loogmoji portraits. We offer digital files, physical prints, and corporate packages. All artwork is created by hand digitally and delivered within the agreed timeframe.

3. Ordering & Delivery

Processing Time: Standard delivery for digital Loogmoji orders is 5-7 business days. Revisions: Each Loogmoji comes with 1-2 minor revision rounds. Additional revisions may incur extra fees. Bulk Orders: Large corporate orders or event-based commissions may require custom timelines and pricing.

4. Pricing & Payments

Prices are displayed in USD and are subject to change. Payment is required upfront before any work begins. We accept credit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods as listed on our checkout page. For corporate orders, invoices must be paid in full before project commencement, unless otherwise agreed.

5. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Due to the custom nature of Loogmoji artwork, all sales are final and non-refundable. If a project is canceled before work begins, a partial refund may be issued at Loogmoji’s discretion. In the event of non-delivery due to unforeseen circumstances, we will offer a full refund or reschedule delivery.

6. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights

Loogmoji retains ownership of all designs. Purchasing a Loogmoji gives you a non-exclusive license to use the artwork for personal or commercial use (as agreed upon at checkout). You may use your Loogmoji for personal branding, printing, and digital sharing, but you may not resell, modify, or redistribute it without prior written consent. For corporate or branding use, an additional commercial license may be required.

8. Limitation of Liability

Any printing errors, misinterpretation, or dissatisfaction due to personal preferences. Any third-party use of Loogmoji artwork once delivered. Loss, damages, or delays beyond our control.
